Precautions Before Use

When Charging

  • If the adapter cord is damaged, replace the adapter immediately to avoid risk.
  • Avoid pulling on the adapter cord or handling the power plug with wet hands.
  • Prevent damage by not bending the adapter cord excessively or placing heavy objects on it.
  • Do not plug multiple power plugs into a single outlet simultaneously.

When Using

  • Do not spray water directly onto any part of the product during cleaning.
  • Gently wipe the product’s surface with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using chemicals or cleaning solutions, as they may damage the surface and cause paint to peel.
  • If you notice smoke or an unusual odor, disconnect the adapter and battery pack, and contact customer service.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to impact. Keep it away from heavy vibrations or magnetic fields.
  • Do not handle the product or adapter with wet hands. If moisture or foreign substances enter the product or adapter, discontinue use and contact customer service.
  • Keep the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources, such as heaters.
  • Avoid using the product in areas with high humidity, dust, soot, or extreme temperatures.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the product.
  • Never disassemble, repair, or modify the product. Store the product out of reach of young children.

How to install

Assembling the stand

  • Refer to the left image below to connect the stand to the main body by inserting the screw from the bottom of the stand upward.
  • As shown in the right image below, insert the table into the ‘=’-shaped gap of the stand, then tighten the long screw at the bottom of the stand to secure it to the table.

Detaching the battery pack

  • Hold both sides of the battery pack with your hands and pull it forward to detach the battery pack

How to Operate

Before Starting

  • Before use, detach the battery pack from the main unit, then reattach it.
  • This will reset the battery pack and initiate its functionality.

Powering On

  • Press and hold the power switch to turn the power on.

Powering Off

  • While the power is ON, press and hold the power switch to display the power-off popup on the LCD screen. Touch ‘Power Off’ to turn off the power.
Removing the battery pack while the power is ON may cause file or system damage.

Only detach the battery pack to power off the device if the system is malfunctioningor experiencing abnormal behavior, such as freezing.

 

Charging

  • Be sure to connect a 5V DC, 2A adapter to the USB Type C connector on the back of the main unit only when the power is OFF; this will charge the battery pack.
  • If a 5V DC, 2A adapter is connected to the USB Type C connector on the back of the main unit while the power is ON, the adapter will supply power instead of the battery pack (the battery pack will not be charged

Check battery pack capacity

  • When the battery pack is detached from the main unit or charger, the battery pack’s capacity display LED is off. In this state, pressing the power switch on the top of the battery pack will display the current capacity on the LED for approximately 30 seconds. Pressing the power switch again within 30 seconds will turn off the LED.
