Power Pod Usage Instructions

Step 1: Check the Indicator Lights

Press the power button once to verify if your Power Pod is charged:

1. If the indicators light up, proceed to Step 3.
2. If the last light starts flashing, move on to Step 2.

About Power Indicator Lights

Use the power indicator lights to monitor the charging status:

1. One light: Less than 25% power remaining.
2. Two lights: 50% power remaining.
3. Three lights: 75% power remaining.
4. Four lights: 100% power remaining.
5. If the last light is flashing, battery level is below 5% and needs recharging.

Step 2: Charge Your Power Pod

To charge your Power Pod, use the provided Type C USB to Type C USB charging cable:

1. The indicator lights will flash sequentially when charging is in progress.
2. When fully charged, all four lights will remain lit.

Step 3: Apply the Magnetic Adhesive Ring

Proceed to step 4 if your device or case is MagSafe® compatible or has a built-in magnetic ring. If your phone or case lacks these features, attach the magnetic ring to the outside of your phone case, or directly to your phone if you plan to use it without a case while utilizing your Power Pod.

To ensure optimal positioning, use the provided Adhesive Ring Placement Tool to accurately center the ring on your phone or case. Refer to the next page for more information.

For proper placement using the tool, ensure that the top and bottom edges of your device are aligned with the same number on the tool. Similarly, align the left and right edges to the same number, though this does not need to match the top/bottom measurement.

Step 4: Attach Your Power Pod

1. If using the adhesive ring, place the face of the Power Pod on it.
2. For a device with a built-in MagSafe® magnet, align the Power Pod to the device’s center. The Power Pod will snap into place when properly aligned.

Step 5: Power On & Begin Charging

1. Press the power button once to turn on the Power Pod.
2. The light will turn green when charging an external device. If the light is red, the Power Pod is on but not charging a device.
3. Click the power button twice to turn off the Power Pod.

Charging Options

1. Wireless Charging: Charge your phone wirelessly with the Power Pod.
2. Wired Charging: Use a charging cable to charge your phone or device.

 

 

Connect your Power Pod to your iPhone using a charging cord.

Note: The Adhesive Magnetic Ring is not required for wired charging

Step 6:

Stop charging & power off

Click power button twice to power off the Power Pod

When Power pod is powered off, it will not charge even

when a device is still connected to your Power Pod (wired

or wirelessly).

 

Step 7:

Recharge your Power Pod

Your Power Pod indicator lights will begin flashing when less than 5% of battery is remaining.

Refer to step 2 to recharge your Power Pod.

Troubleshooting

1. If the PowerPod will not charge:Ensure the charging cable is functional and connected to a wall power adapter.
2. If the PowerPod is not charging your device:Make sure the PowerPod is charged and powered on. Refer to Steps 1 & 5.
3. If using an adhesive magnetic ring and the PowerPod is not charging:Ensure your device supports wireless charging (iPhone 8 and later).
4. Verify that the PowerPod is charged and powered on. Refer to Steps 1 & 5.
5. Check that the adhesive ring is correctly centered on your device. Refer to Step 3 for guidance.
6. If your MagSafe® compatible device is not magnetically snapping to the PowerPod:Ensure your phone case is MagSafe® compatible. If not, remove your case or attach an adhesive magnetic ring to the back of the case (refer to Step 3).

PowerPod Compatibility

Built-in Magnet

1. Compatible with iPhone 12 & later (requires MagSafe® compatible case). The PowerPod can be magnetically secured to non-MagSafe® devices & cases using the Adhesive Magnetic Ring (refer to Step 3).

Wireless Charging

1. Compatible with Qi Wireless Charging Phones, such as iPhone 8 & later, Samsung, Google, AirPods 2, AirPods Pro, AirPods 3.

Wired Charging

1. Compatible with all devices. Requires a Type C USB-C charging cable (not included).
