The maximum sweep bandwidth can be configured to the 240 MHz mode (24.005-24.245 GHz), depending on customer resolution requirements. The sensor integrates a send and receive patch antenna (1T2R), Cortex-MO+ MCU, and a UART interface, encapsulated in a complete SoC system with built-in FLASH. The chip’s features include a low power mode and Memory Retention function, making it versatile for applications in smart home technology, security, gesture recognition, Blind Spot Detection (BSD), vital signs detection, and more. Additional features include supporting a preferred frequency band that does not interfere with 5GWifi communication and supporting secondary development options.

Pin Definition

The radar sensor AT24MP1T2RS32A includes a pin row interface with a 2.54mm spacing on the lower side, consisting of five effective signal interfaces: +5V, GND, OUT, TX, and RX. Figure 3.1 illustrates the pin sequence number location, while Table 3.1 provides definitions and descriptions of each pin.

Machine dimension

Radar sensor AT24MP1T2RS32A is not equipped with pins by factory default. Its mechanical dimensions are shown in Figure 7.1, where the PCB board thickness is about 1.4mm, and all unmarked tolerances are 0.2mm.
