Introduction
Use this guide to assist with the setup and operation of Mini +. Mini + is a non-fitted solution that is charged using a micro USB.
Mini + alerts can initiate notifications to the Eagle Portal monitoring software system, which is indicated by vibration feedback within the Mini + to the device wearer.
Equipment
USB Power Adapter
- The USB power adapter includes attachments suitable for various regional applications.
Set-up Mini +
Ensure the Mini + is ready for operation; it must be charged and tested for communication response before installation.
Note: The Mini + device will automatically wake from standby mode when connected to a power source.
Mini + Actions and Alerts — Panic Mode
- To activate a panic alert, press and hold the Mini + button for at least 3 seconds.
- To deactivate panic mode, a short window of time is provided for the wearer to press the Mini + button again, which will cancel the device’s panic mode status.
- When panic mode is active, Mini + will send an alert to the Eagle Portal monitoring system.

Charge Mini
To charge the Mini, plug the micro USB cable into the Mini’s charging port. Then, connect the USB power charger to a mains socket.
The Mini will display an LED indication on the front panel to signify when the device is fully charged.
