Basic Shelfcam Features
Monitoring shelves in real-time is complex in modern retail, and Captana’s Shelfcam provides a simple, cost-effective solution. It features a 48MP imaging sensor and low-power AI SOC for efficient image capture and processing, with integrated WIFI AC 2.4/5GHz for cloud connectivity.
Setup is easy through NFC, allowing credentials to be transferred by tapping a mobile device on the camera. Successful setup is indicated by an integrated RGB LED. To comply with GDPR, a motion sensor ensures the camera only captures images when no motion is detected for a set period.
