Warranty Rules

1. Within 18 months of purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.

2. Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

I. Selection of Working Mode and Charging Indication

1. 2.4G mode: In keyboard mode, turn the power switch to the 2.4G position, the “(M]” LED on the keyboard will slowly flash green. Insert the receiver into a valid USB port on the computer, and the “(M]” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in green and be off in about 3 seconds. If the keyboards needs to be paired with the receiver again, hold FN+ “4” key for about 3 seconds, and the “(M]” LED on the keyboard will rapidly flash green, and you can insert or replace the receiver on the USB port, and the pairing will be successful.

2. Bluetooth mode: In keyboard mode, turn the power switch to the BT position. Hold the “FN+1/2/3″ key on the keyboard for about 3 seconds, and the keyboard will enter the pairing mode of Bluetooth channel 1 /Bluetooth channel 2 /Bluetooth channel 3. The” ™ ” LED on the keyboard will flash rapidly in blue/cyan/purple, and the keyboard will broadcast externally simultaneously: BT5.0 KEYBOARD and BT3.0 KEYBOARD devices. Depending on the terminal device that needs to be paired, follow the corresponding steps to pair with the keyboard. When the pairing is successful, the “(M)” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in blue/cyan/purple and be off in about 3 seconds. When switching between the three paired 3 Bluetooth channels is required, just press the FN+1/2/3 key to switch between them.

II. Low Battery Indication/Working Current

1. Low battery indication: When the keyboard is in 2.4G or BT working mode, if the built-in battery of the keyboard is low, the “(M]” LED will flash slowly in red, reminding you to charge in time.

2. Charging: Connect the keyboard to the charging output device using the attached TYPE-C USB cable (this keyboard supports the charging mode of mobile power supply /external power adapter/valid USB port on the computer). During charging, the”(f@)” LED will be normally on in red, and it will be normally on in green after the charging is completed.

Warning: 1. Please use an external power adapter with an output of 5V 2A or 5V 1A; 2. Use a mobile power supply with an output of 5V 2A or 5V 1A. Use of mobile power sources/external power adapters outside the above range may cause certain secondary disasters or damage to the keyboard body! It is suggested to use a valid USB port on the computer for charging.

3. Working current: < 3.7mA in 2.4G or Bluetooth working mode.

III. Automatic Hibernation/Wake-Up/Manual Power-Off Functions

1. When the keyboard is in 2.4G or BT working mode, if it is not used for about 3 minutes, it will enter a power-saving state, and it will be waken up for use again by pressing any key.

2. If you carry the keyboard out or do not use it for a long time, please turn the power switch of the keyboard to the OFF position.

IV. Functional Description of Other Keys

1. When the system switch is turned to WIN (the following key function categories apply to the WIN system)

(a) The “Fn+Win” key can lock and unlock the WIN key to prevent accidental triggering of the key during gaming

  1. FN+F1= Decrease screen brightness
  2. FN+F2= Increase screen brightness
  3. FN+F3= Display multi-task window (Alt+Tab)
  4. FN+F4= Desktop (Win+D)
  5. FN+F5= Return
  6. FN+F6= Search
  7. FN+F7= Previous title
  8. FN+F8= Play/pause
  9. FN+F9= Next title
  10. FN+F10= Mute
  11. FN+F11= Decrease volume
  12. FN+F12= Increase volume

2. When the bottom system switch is turned to MAC (the following key function categories apply to the MAC system)

  1. F1= Decrease screen brightness/FN+F1=F1
  2. F2= Increase screen brightness/FN+F2=F2
  3. F3= Display multi-task window/FN+F3=F3
  4. F4= Call out Siri /FN+F4=F4
  5. F5= app exposé function/FN+F5=F5
  6. F6= Search/FN+F6=F6
  7. F7= Previous title/FN+F7=F7
  8. F8= Pause/FN+F8=F8
  9. F9= Next title/FN+F9=F9
  10. F10= Mute/FN+F10=F10
  11. F11= Decrease volume/FN+F11=F11
  12. F12= Increase volume/FN+F12=F12

V. Description of Indicator Light Status

1. “(1]” and ”(A)” NUM/CAPS-LED indication function – When NUM /CAPS ON is activated, the corresponding LED will be normally on in red.

2. “WM” — Working mode (2.4G mode/BT mode) and low battery indication

3. “*(@)” — Charging indication

FAQ

1. If the keyboard doesn’t respond, please check if the keyboard’s USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port on the computer.

2. If you spill liquid on the keyboard, please unplug the keyboard’s USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and put the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Make sure the keyboard is dried naturally before the next use.

 

Battery Safety Guidelines

DO NOT replace the battery with a different model.

DO NOT use this product if the battery shows signs of damage including, but not limited to tearing, deformation, leakage, or the smell of electrolytic material.

DO NOT touch the battery if material is leaking and seek immediate medical attention if any material comes into contact with your skin or eyes.

DO NOT expose the battery to liquid, heat sources, electricity (outside of the product itself), or other non-standard operating conditions.

DO NOT remove the battery except for proper disposal and recycling as required by local laws and regulations.

DO NOT impact, bend, alter, dissemble, or otherwise damage the battery as the contents are volatile, hazardous, and can be harmful.
