Product Profile
The motion energy controller is designed for intelligent control of motion equipment, integrating functions such as motion power generation, energy storage, motion data collection, motion resistance control, power transformation and transmission, and internet data transmission. It enhances sports experiences by unifying intelligent sports with efficient power generation, aligning with eco-friendly living aspirations.
Core Functions
- Digital Variable Frequency Resistance
- Utilizes PWM technology for automatic frequency modulation, enabling thousands of resistance output transformations per second to provide a realistic motion experience.
- Power Generation Management
- Adjusts generator power dynamically through the PWM digital variable-frequency and variable-resistance system, ensuring stable generation via dynamic current rectification, filtering, shunting, and reverse control.
- Power Management
- The intelligent control chip efficiently distributes generated current to power various components such as the controller, display, brake resistance, storage battery, and external power sources.
- Network Interconnection of Motion Data
- Employs 5.2 Bluetooth module for two-way interaction with mobile phones, tablets, and other devices, facilitating motion data networking and supporting multi-user data ranking.
- Data Acquisition
- Collects data on motor voltage and current, inter-module voltage and current, movement position, battery voltage and current, as well as movement time and state.
- Voltage Regulator
- Features a generator terminal rectifier for voltage regulation, providing sectioned output voltages of 3.7V, Sy, 14.76V, 24V, 36V, and 48V.
- Wireless/Wired Digital Control
- Combines ST low-energy intelligent chip master control with 5.2 Bluetooth module for dynamic wireless/wired transmission of motion and control data, promoting all-digital intelligent control.
- High Efficiency Sports Power Generation
- Operates at a rated speed of 1800 RPM and rated power of 300W, with a 98% conversion rate of motion energy.
- Intelligent Simulation of Body Movement
- Uses data from two sensors to simulate realistic motion senses through intelligent resistance compensation aligned with human mechanics principles.
