Bluetooth Connection
- Flip the switch: Switch to ‘X’ to enter the X-INPUT mode.
- First Use (Power-on Pairing):Press the Pair button to initiate pairing, and the LED will start blinking.
- Activate Bluetooth search on your device and connect to the Bluetooth device named “XBOX Wireless Controller”.
- The LED remains solid blue when reconnection is successful.
- Use Again (Reconnection):Press the ® button to power on the device, and the LED will blink blue slowly.
- The LED remains solid blue when reconnection is successful.
- Press the Pair button to power off the device.
Switch Mode
No NFC function; not available for Jovcon.
Bluetooth connection
1. Flip the switch: Switch to S to enter the Switch mode.
2. First use (Power-on pairing):
a) Press the Pair button to start the pair, and the LED will blink.
b) On the switch console, select System Settings Controllers and Sensors Change Grip/Order to enter the switch console matched page.
c) The LED is always green when reconnetion is successful.
3. Use again (Reconnection):
a) Press the ® button to power on and the LED will blink green slowly.
b) The LED is always green when reconnection is successful.
4. Press the Pair button to power off the device.
PS4 mode
No touchpad function
Bluetooth Connection and Use
- Switch to “P” mode to enter PS4 mode.
- First Use:Connect to PS4 using TYPEC USB; the LED blinks quickly.
- Press the ® button for a successful connection; LED remains steady red.
- Reconnection:Press @® to power on; LED blinks red slowly.
- Successful reconnection leads to a steady red LED.
- Pair button can be used to power off. Note that it can connect to higher versions of Android or iOS with the “Pair” button.
Gyro Calibration
Lay the controller flat, hold down (1 + A, and press @ in the off state.
O Button Function Modes
- X mode: No function.
- S mode: Screen capture.
- P mode: Acts as the press down key on the PS4 touchpad.
Firmware Upgrade
- Hold down L + X and press @® to connect with GamepadSpace-Q38 for Android or Apple phones.
- Download and install the GamepadSpace App for upgrades.
Additional Functionality
- Hold down R + X and press @ to connect to Android ShanWan Q38XSP Bluetooth device.
- Install ShootingPlus App to play touchscreen games.

Charging, Sleep, and Wake-Up
- Charging: LED blinks slowly; stays lit when full.
- Sleep:If pairing is unsuccessful within 2 minutes.
- If not reconnected within 1 minute.
- If unused for 15 minutes when connected.
- Wake-Up: Press @ to reconnect.
Joystick Settings
Rocker Calibration
- Hold down + A and press @® in boot state.
- Turn joystick clockwise and counterclockwise several times.
- Exit calibration by holding down + A and pressing @.
Additional Commands
- Draw square/circle: R3 + @ (default is circle).
- Joystick dead zone switch: L3 + @® (default no dead zone).
