2.4G Wifi Remote Control
- Within 10s after power on long press button “ON” to bind the light to remote control.
- Long press button “OFF” to unbind the Light and remote control
- After selecting the appropriate mode, speed and brightness, Long press “DIY” to Save to the DIY mode.
Installation steps
After pasting the adhesive, ft an be reinforced with screws and fixing clips to prevent detachment.

Install APP and Log in
Install DayBetter APP on your phone
| Method 1: Download the APP by searching “DayBetter” in App Store/Google Play store. | Method 2: Scan the below QR code and switch to App Store/Google Play store to download. |

You can either log in by Emai verification code or by password
- New user or forgoten password please select verification code 0 10g in, then set the password on APP seting page
- Once you set password, you can use password to log in.
APP and WiFi Connect Method
TIPS: Turn on Bluetooth and WiFi on your smart phone and connect phone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (After config device online, you can switch phone to other WiFi)
Note: 5GHz WiFi is not supported
Link Alexa or Google Home
Method 1: Bind Alexa on DayBetter APP (Recommended)
- Go to APP setting page and click Alexa tab to call LINK page.
- Then just click LINK on the link page.
- Wait a second. Done. You can find device on Alexa APP.
Note: Ensure the device is WiFi connected and Alexa APP already logged in before you ink fo Alexa.
Method 2: Bind DayBetter on Alexa APP (NOT Recommeded)
Search and enable “DayBetter” skill on Alexa APP. Please scan the QR code for more

- If the color segmentation does not match, enter Device Settings and change the number of pixels (Length of light strip)
- If the light color is different from what you have set, enter Device Settings and select “Color Calibration”

Trouble Shooting
a) APP can not find the device.
- Make sure the phone bluetooth is on.
- Allow the permissions of APP, APP needs them to connect.
- Check the light is on.
- kll App, tum of bluetooth and turn bluetooth again, then start APP to add device again.
- Ensure phone within 4ft from product when connecting.
- Your phone may be incompatible with the APP, try another phone.
b) Failed to connect to WiFi.
- Check WiFi supports 2.4GHz. Not 5GHz.
- Reset device by power on and off 3 or 4 times until light flash.
- Bring device close to WiFi router to improve signal.
- Add device and connect it to WiFi again.
c) Device not shown on Alexa APP
- Remove device from DayBetter APP and add again
- Unlink Alexa, and link Alexa again.
d) All lights don’t work.
- Check power is on.
- Press ON and press “brightness up” multi times on remote.
- Connect APP and turn on light and turn up brightness.
- Reinstall all parts.
e) Some light beads keep off or fail working.

- Use the product with provided adapter and control box only.
- Do NOT extend more ip fo avoid overioad wich s unsaf.
- Do NOT band tip olhrwiso beads and pars may damage.
- Please turn off the power and unplug the adapter when the strip light will not be used for a long time.
