Overview

The charger makes it easy to charge your phone without having to look for sockets and keep track of cables

  1. Just place the phone on the tabletop or shelf exactly above the charger.

Instructions for use

Connect the charger cable to the power adapter and plug it into the wall socket.

For wireless charging, place the device to be charged on top of the sticker sign on the desk. The device must be placed directly over the sticker sign on the desk for the charging function to work optimally. Note that on some devices, you may have to activate wireless charging in the settings.

If your battery is completely discharged, it may take a few minutes before it starts charging. This is entirely normal. You can see that the battery has begun charging when the battery symbol appears on your device.

The charging function works with every material except metal.

Devices may get warm during charging. This is completely normal, and they will gradually cool down again after they are fully charged.

Charging time may vary based on the device’s battery capacity, charge level, the age of the battery, and the temperature in the surrounding area.

Unplug the charger from the power source before cleaning and when it is not in use.

Indoor use only.

Troubleshooting

The charger will automatically stop when a metal or other foreign object is in the charging area. Remove the object to continue charging.

If charging stops for an unknown reason, move the mobile phone away and then place it back in the charging area.

Please do not install the charger under a metallic table.

Please do not toss, press, or puncture the wireless charger. High external pressure will cause damage to the device.

If your phone is not charging, note that the wireless charging coil is generally located in the middle of a phone. Ensure your phone is placed over the center of the magnetic sticker. If the phone case is too thick or has metal/magnetic accessories, your phone may not charge.

The wireless charger should avoid placing smart cards such as ID cards, credit cards, bus cards, access cards, etc., in the charging area to avoid being damaged.

Power adapter issue: Only use the original plug pack.

When installing the wireless charger, please maintain a safe distance of at least 35mm between the wireless charger and metal objects. A safety distance of at least 300mm is recommended.

Some small Qi electronic devices, such as TWS Bluetooth headsets, may not charge due to the limitation of coil size.
