1. Network
1.1. Wi-Fi
- Check “Wi-Fi” to start scanning for available wireless access points automatically.
- Select an access point and enter the password.
- Upon successful authentication, the system will provide an IP address, indicating connectivity.
- Note: Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections cannot be active simultaneously.
1.2. Ethernet
- Click “Ethernet” to begin the automatic DHCP process.
- The system will disable Wi-Fi and enable Ethernet upon jack connection.
- Once the IP address is visible, the network connection is established.
2. Upgrade Steps
- Copy the OTA zip file onto a TF card or USB storage device.
- Connect the HDMI cable and insert the TF card or USB device into the box.
- Insert the other end of the HDMI cable into the designated slot.
- Use a stick to press the reset button located inside the hole at the bottom of the device.
- While holding the reset button, insert the power adapter to continue the process.
Steps to Upgrade Your Device:
- Press and hold the reset button until the Android reboot screen appears.
- Use the remote control to navigate to “apply update from EXT.”
- Select “Update from TF card” or “Udisk” if using a USB storage device.
- Choose the upgrade package file (xxx.zip) and press OK.
- The device will display “—install/ SD card…” indicating it is upgrading.
- Upon completion, the message “Install from SD card complete” will appear.
- Select “reboot system now” with the remote and press OK, or reconnect the power adapter to reboot.
- The upgrade is finished when you see the “Welcome” interface.
Tips: You can verify the update by checking the build number in the settings.
3.Trouble Shooting
